The founder

Harper Foley spent his Navy career in Explosive Ordnance Disposal, leading more than 500 operations with zero mishaps. That record is not luck. It is planning, checklists, and calm execution when the stakes are real.
After the Navy, he led over $2B in M&A transactions, then served as a General Manager at Tribe AI, helping companies ship production AI products. He founded Rainier Digital Solutions in Seattle to bring that same standard of care to the businesses that need it most: small ones.
Our name comes from the daily view of Mount Rainier over our Seattle home base. Summiting anything worthwhile takes teamwork, daily dedication, and the drive to keep improving. We hold our work to the same standard.
