Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Rainier Digital Solutions ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Service Description
We offer web development services, including but not limited to website design, coding, maintenance, optimization, copywriting, and related technical setup.
Every engagement is custom scoped. The scope, deliverables, timeline, and cost of each project are agreed in a written proposal before work begins.
Some engagements are one-time projects; others are ongoing engagements that may include website maintenance, hosting, updates, content, and support. The terms of an ongoing engagement are detailed in its proposal or a separate agreement.
3. Payment Terms
For one-time projects, payment terms are specified in the project proposal. Typically, a deposit may be required before work commences, with the remaining balance due upon project completion.
For ongoing engagements, payments are due in accordance with the billing cycle agreed in the proposal. Failure to make timely payments may result in service interruption or termination.
4. Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on work performed. If you are not satisfied with an ongoing engagement, we will refund the remaining unearned balance and transfer full control of the website to you. For one-time projects, we will continue working with you at no additional cost until the agreed scope is delivered to your satisfaction. Specific refund terms may be further detailed in your proposal or agreement.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of the website and digital assets created during one-time projects, subject to any third-party licenses or agreements.
For ongoing engagements, intellectual property rights and ownership terms are outlined in the engagement agreement. Our default is simple: your website belongs to you.
6. Privacy and Data Security
We respect your privacy and take data security seriously. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services, with or without cause, at any time. Clients may terminate an ongoing engagement by providing notice as outlined in their agreement.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of King County Court, Civil Arbitration Group. Both parties agree to abide by the arbitrator's decision, which will be final and binding.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
